Electric Guitar in Bakersfield, California

I have a First Act 222 Electric Guitar. It's a replica of Adam Levine's guitar just a different color. I bought it for $250 and the man I bought it from explained to me that there was a problem with the E string and that he had it fixed but soon after I bought it, it broke again. He said it was an easy, cheap fix but I haven't gotten around to it. Also, when I first bought it I replaced all the strings...So the strings are basically brand new, I've barely played the guitar.
